Yay finally done with my 2nd merman, he's part of a project I'm working on...and I gave this one a proper BG 
I hate drawing water so why am I making a story about mermen? 
Anyway, he's the curious sort, feels kinda stuck in life and wants to go on an adventure, but he's also quite innocent until he comes across my other baby Lantis
