Description
So I decided to start writing a slashed version of Sleeping Beauty, complete with male Maleficent and Briar. I've never understood Disney's Briar Rose so weak and stupid...give her the gift of a brain you stupid fairies ...so mine will have used HIS time in the forest wisely to become resourceful and athletic. And there will be NO falling in love in one day OTL
It will be based on the original fairytale but with some twists, including a post apocalyptic setting and, of course, BL 
And here is my not-exactly-a-damsel-in-distress Briar. He's lived all his life secluded in the forest but wants to journey out and explore the post apocalyptic world around him.
Still writing it, but hope this gets ppl interested in reading

After reading your description of him and I can already honestly say I really like your Briar Rose 
I enjoy some Disney movies but it was always the practically instant falling in love and such that made me not really get into a lot of their movies, like Sleeping Beauty or Snow White. So it's really nice seeing this type of portrayal of the characters!
